Meaningful moments with real impact

It was brilliant to work in an atmosphere with such a vibe that was created by the passion of the Sober Spaces team for music and events. There's always a lot to do from a technical point of view, and working with Bristol Sober Spaces was a breeze from start to finish. Engineering the sound for the artists they had chosen was also a delight, and really highlighted the creativity from each of them.

It was such an honour to be part of the Sober Spaces event. It felt like a really valuable gathering for people supporting eachother in a new wat of life. I feel passionately about being part of the sober community and the night we put on was full, and buzzing with positive energy. Keep these gatherings going!

It was such a privilege to perform with sober spaces and be a part of a process in which people are sharing their unique musical gufts in a space that is a supportive and caring of everyone's journey in life.

The Sober Spaces Open Mic attracted a rich range of local talent which surpassed any of my expectations. It was my absolutely pleasure to enjoy the performances and a delight to also be able to take part.

It was an honour playing Bristol's first sober metal night! The atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly, I felt safe the whole night and everyone was buzzing from the music, if you didn’t know it was an alcohol free zone, you would not have known - the crowd were amazing, if not more excitable!

We need so much more of this in Bristol. Live music and dancing is what every sober person I meet worries about - it’s fantastic to have a safe space to get involved.

Great! Really diverse audience, great venue (felt very “normal”), music was fantastic. Really enjoyed it being a big band with dancing vibes rather than just acoustic music (which is also great but felt like a real treat to have a big band).
